1. 30-Day Return Window

In accordance with our commitment to customer service, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason.

2. Eligibility & Product Condition

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in new condition (the same condition in which it was received).

  • It must be unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Processing Time: We aim to respond to all return requests within 48 hours.

  • Return Address: For your convenience and to ensure fast processing, all returns are sent to our UK-based business office:

  • Next Steps: Once your request is accepted, we will provide you with a return authorization and specific mailing instructions. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Smitech will cover all return shipping costs. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us if there are issues.

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns where the item is not faulty, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returned items.

5. UK & EU Consumer Rights

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Customers in the UK and EU have a statutory right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for personalized/custom-made products, perishable goods, or sealed items opened after delivery for hygiene reasons.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the item back. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
