2. Delivery Estimates

To provide you with the most accurate expectation of when your order will arrive, we break our delivery process into two distinct parts:

  • Processing: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all UK shipments.

5. Tracking Your Order
